摘 要：完善行业自律是提高体育赛事监管效能，推动体育赛事高质量发展的重要举措。运用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法，深入探讨行业协会参与体育赛事监管的价值、逻辑、困境与发展策略。研究认为扩充赛事监管资源、拓展协会发展空间和提升赛事监管效率是行业协会参与体育赛事监管的内在价值；行业协会参与体育赛事监管面临自律主体力量薄弱、自律职能定位模糊、自律机制建设滞后、自律权力监督缺位等现实困境；应从明确行业协会权责、优化行业自律机制和加大行业自律监督等方面入手，优化体育赛事行业自律。

The value, dilemma, and strategy on the participation of industry associations in sports events supervision from the perspective of industry self-discipline

Abstract: Enhancing industry self-discipline is an important measure to improve the efficiency of sports events supervision and to promote the high-quality development of sports events. Using the methods of literature review and logical analysis, this paper explores in depth the value, logic, challenges, and development strategies of industry associations' participation in sports events regulation. Research has found that expanding competition supervision resources, expanding association development space, and improving competition supervision efficiency are inherent values for industry associations to participate in sports event supervision. Industry associations' participation in sports event regulation faces practical challenges such as weak self regulatory entities, unclear self regulatory function positioning, lagging self regulatory mechanism construction, and lack of self regulatory power supervision. The study suggests that it is necessary to start from clarifying the rights and responsibilities of industry associations, optimizing industry self-discipline mechanisms, and increasing industry self-discipline supervision to optimize the self-discipline of the sports events industry.
